In Germany, a heated debate over integration and immigration has dominated the media and public discussion in recent weeks. But multiculturalism has long been a reality in many communities around the country. In Cologne, one in three residents has foreign roots.At one small PR company in Cologne, 11 of the 16 employees have a foreign background.
